Over the past eight weeks, we've spent a considerable amount of time talking about the person of the Holy Spirit. We've examined who the scriptures say the Holy Spirit is, what does it mean to welcome him, and what's it like when he comes. We've even discussed the tools he equips us with, both naturally and supernaturally, and how we can rely on him in moments of tension; when answered prayers seem long coming.
After all that, there's one thing more to discuss and that's the question, what for? What is the reason for the Holy Spirit's presence in the life of the church, or to put it another way, what are we to be building with the tools he provides us?
Join us this Sunday as we explore this question together at the conclusion of our sermon series, The Third Person.
