Our mission at Beaches Vineyard is to enter into worship at every gathering with the sole purpose of lifting up and glorifying God the Father and His son Jesus through skillful playing and a servant’s heart.  Our main emphasis is a direct, one on one vertical expression of our love for our Lord, played intimately, to Him rather than about Him. We do this in concert with the Pastors guidance and leadership while still maintaining a free and open Spirit led worship service. 

The Vineyard has always held a high value on worship and maintained a philosophy that worship stands on it's own in a church service. We are to be the music and melody line creating a comfortable and easy atmosphere for the congregation (the real worship team) to enter into intimate and heartfelt worship with our Lord.

We ask that you are a church member with regular attendance for at least 6 months and have a personal worship life at home as well as in church. You must be willing to be a servant and put aside personal tastes and preferences in music stylings, and be willing to follow direction from the worship leader. A year commitment is asked of you, and you will be auditioned to verify skill level and experience. There are several areas in worship and are not limited to, musicians, experienced sound technicians, and multimedia technicians (see also Media).
