Helping Hands has served the community since 1995 by providing emergency assistance for needy families with children in the form of food, clothing and transitional housing. It is through the generosity of caring people like you that they have been able to fulfill their mission. In addition to the need for emergency service, there is a need for longer lasting help to those who struggle to get themselves back on track. Helping Hands supports this group by offering diverse programs like project H.E.L.P., an extended food program for needy families with children, and Helping Hands Village, a transitional housing program for homeless families with children.
